Today is starting off well

Saturday is my pageant so I really need to make sure my body is ready for it.  I’m really nervous because I was shopping for a different swimsuit yesterday and it was so embarrassing I couldn’t even look at myself.  

This week I am cutting out all carbs, coffee and sweets.  I have to drink 6 bottles of water a day, or more.  

Already I worked out on the elliptical for an hour. Burned over 600 calories.  I’ve already had 3 bottles of water and two cups of green tea.  Also, I had an orange.  I’m going to run some errands today and when I get back I will probably cut up an apple and eat that for “dinner”.

Tomorrow I am fasting because Monday’s are so busy and hectic, it seems reasonable to do so. Hopefully I will be able to work out every day this week. Tomorrow morning I am running.  Yes.
